At MIRA Safety, we stand behind the quality of our professional-grade equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the life-safety nature of certain products, specific restrictions may apply to ensure the integrity of our inventory.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the authorization process.

• 2.
  Receive Return Authorization

  Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions via email.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the returned gear to ensure it meets safety standards, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
