How do I determine the correct size for a gas mask?
Most of our masks, including the CM-6M and CM-7M, are designed in a 'universal' size that fits 95% of the adult population. For children or those with smaller facial structures, we offer specific sizing guides on each product page to ensure a secure, airtight seal.
What is the shelf life of MIRA Safety filters?
Our NBC-77 ST filters feature a 20-year shelf life from the date of manufacture, provided they remain in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging and are stored in a cool, dry place.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. However, please note that certain items may be subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) or EAR (Export Administration Regulations) and may require specific export licenses.
Can I return safety equipment if it has been opened?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on masks, filters, or body armor if the original factory seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Are your products certified for professional use?
Yes, our masks and filters are manufactured to meet or exceed strict international standards, including EN 136 and CE certifications, and are used by military and law enforcement agencies globally.
How should I store my gas mask for long-term readiness?
Masks should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry environment away from direct sunlight and chemicals. We recommend using a dedicated storage bag to prevent rubber degradation and to keep the visor from getting scratched.
